About this service

How this service works

We answer the phone and pass land clearing jobs to independent local crews. Here's what that means for you, from the first call to the day the crew finishes.

From overgrown to cleared

No account and no app. A phone call, a text or a short form.

  1. Send the lot details

Call or text (321) 604-1285, or use the form. The address or parcel ID, rough size, what's growing on it and what you want it ready for.

  2. We match you with a local crew

Your request goes to an independent contractor that clears land in your part of the county.

  3. The crew walks it and prices it

Ask what the price covers: stumps, haul-off or mulch, grading, permits and what happens if they find a tortoise burrow.

  4. You decide

If the price and timing work, you book with the crew. If they don't, you owe nothing.

What we do and what we don't

When you call or text (321) 604-1285, we write down where the land is, how big it is, what's growing on it and what you want it ready for. Then we find an independent contractor that covers that area and hand the job over.

We don't run machines, survey wildlife or pull permits. The contractor does the work, sets the price and answers for the job. This site isn't connected to Brevard County, Palm Bay or any other local government.

After you call, text or send the form

If something's missing, like the parcel ID or what the land needs to be ready for, you may get a call or text from (321) 604-1285 to fill it in. A two-minute answer now saves the crew a wasted trip.

Then your details go to an independent contractor that clears land in that part of the county. The contractor gets in touch, from its own number or ours, to look at the land and price it.

From there it's between you and the contractor: the price, the schedule, the permit and the work. If the price doesn't suit you, say no. You owe nothing.

What happens to your information

Your request exists to be passed on, so the details you send, photos included, go to the contractor matched to your job. They use them to reach you and price the work.

Your information isn't for sale, and nobody else gets your mobile number or text opt-in to market to you. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. The privacy policy has the full version, including how to ask us to delete what we hold.

Questions worth asking the crew

Whoever you hire, these questions save trouble later.

  • Is the price in writing, and does it list stumps, haul-off or mulch, and grading separately?
  • Can I see proof of insurance? Then check it with the insurer yourself.
  • If they hold a Florida contractor license, is the number on the bid? State law requires a licensed contractor's number on every bid, contract and ad (F.S. 489.119).
  • Which permit does this lot need, and who is applying for it?
  • Have you walked the lot for gopher tortoise burrows? What happens if you find one?
  • Will someone request a Sunshine 811 locate before any digging or stump work?

How this is paid for

You don't pay anything to send a request. Contractors may pay us for the jobs we refer to them, and that money covers answering the phone.

About the photos

Every picture here is an illustration created for this site. It shows the type of machine or ground involved, not a particular parcel, crew or job.

Questions people ask

Are you a land clearing company?

No. We are a matching service. Independent local contractors do the work, and you make your agreement with them directly.

I own a lot but live out of state. Can I still send a request?

Yes. Send the parcel ID or address and the best number to reach you. Ask the crew you're matched with whether they can walk the lot without you there and go over the price by phone or text.

Do you sell my phone number?

No. Your details go to the contractor matched to your job and to the providers that keep this service running, nobody else. The privacy policy spells it out.

Can I talk to the crew before I agree to anything?

Yes. The crew contacts you to look at the land and price it. Ask every question you have before you sign anything.
