Who this covers
This policy applies to this website and to Brevard County Land Clearing (“we”, “us”), which Hively Automation LLC operates. Our role is connecting people in Brevard County, Florida with independent local land-clearing contractors. We don't perform the land-clearing work ourselves.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to send, plus simple site measurement. A request gives us your name and phone number, your email if you include it, the job's address or area, the kind of job, anything you type in the details and any photos you attach, and the page it was sent from. If you call or text (321) 604-1285, our phone provider logs your number and the time. For measurement, the site counts page views and taps on its call and text buttons, noting the page, the site that referred you, a rough device type and a random id your browser holds for that one visit. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP address and browser type.
What we do not do
There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no other third-party tracker on this site, and it doesn't set tracking cookies. We don't sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
Who receives your request
Passing your request on is the reason it exists. The independent contractor we match to your job receives the details you send, photos included, so they can get in touch, see the job and give you a price. Otherwise the only ones who see it are the providers that keep the service running (our web host, the technology provider behind our forms and reporting, and our phone and text provider), and each uses it only to provide that service to us. Fonts on the site load from Google Fonts in the standard way. We also share information where the law requires it.
Calls and texts
Sending a request means you agree that we, and the contractor matched to your request, may contact you by call or text about your request, including by automated dialing and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any text; reply HELP for help. We never share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Handing your request to the contractor matched to it is the service itself, not marketing by a third party.
Photos
We use the photos you send only to understand the job, and we won't publish a photo of your property. Ask and we'll delete them.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for as long as running the service and keeping our records requires. If you ask us to delete your information we will, unless a law says we have to keep it.
Your choices
You may ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. Call or text (321) 604-1285 and tell us it's a privacy request. Before acting on it, we'll confirm who you are.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and changes
We take reasonable care to protect what you send, but no website is perfectly secure. When this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top.
